Hi All, I am wanting to create a simple event system, where admin can post an event and all the details, like date, time etc, also thy need to be able to upload a picture with the form...

Anyone know of a tutorial that could get be going in the right direction?

There arent any specifically for that however http://spoono.com has howto Updating/Inserting/Deleting and Selecting records.

Then http://www.php.net/manual/en/features.file-upload.php can help in uploading files.
