Thanks for the response guys! 🙂
Firstly:
What can I do to make them more effective?
Also, that web site checker...yeh, it did point out some code that was useless, which wasnt my code, was from a website to use my visitor counter, removed that...but it just points out pointless things like, missing ALT code, which i don't need etc.
Secondly:
1. I bet you used IE when testing, didn't you? Reason being that when this page is opened in Firefox, the blue bit around "Welcome" is a bit odd.
(this is a personal thing) the text is really squished up against the sides. try using padding so you have a bit of a gap.
(again, personal) why have you got the rotating gamma symbol there? Is it absolutely necessary?
1. I only use IE, why bother with other ones? im not gonna waste my time on some people who use other browers, just because they don't like IE...thats my personal choice 🙂
2. Yes, I do agree, and when designing i tried to sort it out...but cant work it out...any help on that would be great.
3. Rotating symbol? ok, not essential...but its the symbol for my website and Alias...yeh, my own personal like.
But i apprciate the comments and input 🙂
Also, thanks for the tip on XHTML....will be looking into that when I get some time.
