[Resolved] Presenting a file download?

This probably belongs in the Newbies section, but I've been searching for about an hour and cannot find something I have seen a MILLION times.

I am trying to take data from a MySQL DB and turn it into CSV then present it to the end-user in a File Download format so they can save it to disk.

I know there's documentation on this, but I can't find it for my life. Can anyone please link me to or post me some docs?
