[Resolved] variables and includes

Just a quick question...If I have 2 pages, one that calls a query and make variables from info pulled from the table, then later down the page I have a second page in an include, can I take variables that I created from the first page and use them in the included second page?

I am seeming to have trouble doing this so I am wondering if I am just missing somehthing or if I need to just change my code.
