Online image slicing

Anyone know if there are any Freeware or Commercial applications/scripts to slice images online. Instead of having to do the slicing in a program such as ImageReady and upload eveything to the server, have the image upload and loaded into the browser for slicing?

I know this is probably a long shot, but if anyone has been something like this, please let me know.

Probably not that much of a long shot, you could probably make one using the GD Library. Id do a google first.

But why online why not get a good Paint Program like PaintShopPro, or Photoshop

I'm trying to put an administration interface to a content management system that was build for a company; need to come up with a solution for setting up headers, banners, etc.

The members of the company are not familiar with creative tools, or any kind of web programming. Want to setup a basic online interface so that the most non-tech person can do it.

Any feedback or direction is appriciated.

Tried the Google thing, vast majority of result are based on software applications.
