Okay, I've build a music gallery using php that'll have 30 second clips of songs and when I click on the link it takes me out of the site to a blank white page with a quick time image (that big blue Q thing) and then it goes away and shows a bar that loads up and then plays the song.
Now... the problem is that I didn't want it to do that in the first place. I figured it would go straight into their windows media player or their winamp, whatever. It didn't do that. It chose to do Quick Time on a new page. No idea why. Now, the page is drawing the links from a text document using php. But I dont' see why it would have done that. Does anybody have any clue why it did that?
And is it possible to use php to add a background image to that page so its not so blank ugly if it absolutely has to go to the little QT page? I've seen that at other sites too for some music songs they go to a blank page and play. No idea why.
