PhpMyadmin + MySql

I am working on a website that requires a databse and the server it is being hosted on does not have PhpMyadmin or MySql front I installed PhpTriad on my computer but I have no idea how to connect to the database on the remote server. I have used PhpMyadmin in the past but it was already on the servers I have been using so I didn't need to know how to set up. I am stuck and trying to figure it out is driving me insane and eating up my time. help!!!!

First off go here

Download it and install it on your server.

Then go to www.yourserver.com/eskuel/

and do the setup.

Your host should be set to localhost
Your username should be the same as your FTP username
Your password should be the same as your FTP password
Your DB name should be DB_yourusername

It will give you an error saying cant write to config.inc.php so you will have to manually do it.
