"temp page" while php is searching DB

Hi There,

How does one go about setting up one of those "intermediary pages" that you see on airline web sites or travels sites such as orbitz.com.

I'm referring to the ones where once you click "submit" to go search that you see a page that says searching (perhaps with some flash graphic dancing across the screen), then eventually it goes to another page that displays the results.

Any help would be appreciated,

Use a javascipt timer to show the intermediary page for a about 5 seconds and after that load the results page.
