[Resolved] PHPMYADMIN problem

I am having trouble connecting to phpmyadmin, I have set th user/pass to the same ones in the windows/my.ini file and I keep getting 'You are not authorised to view this page' any ideas?
Please help a total noobie.🙁

Thats the problem with your filesystem permissions OR some settings in IIS.

I am sure you are having IIS. are you?

Check the permissions settings!

that may be, but does the IUSR account have access to the folder where you are trying to go...

just because YOU are running your browser, doesn't mean your browser is running as administrator.
