completely new to this and need help

I've been wanting to make a webpage using php recently but I don't know how or where to begin. All I really need to know is how to construct the webpage using php and I'm pretty much set...that is, I don't need to install php on my server. If anyone can help me to a tutorial or simply tell me how, I would greatly appreciate it.

How to learn PHP --- get a book! There might be a book at your local library...check it out....

Or if you're adventurous, learn the way I did, from web tutorials and php.net and code snippets and whole bunch of other crap...I have never read single PHP book in my life...however this is not the best course of action....get a book!
