Weedpacket's suggestion, however, doesn't create a static webpage. It masks the URL of a dynamically generated php page.
The difference would be that the content of the Weedpacket page might be different each time (for example, if dell added new computer to the line-up) , but that of a saved file would be always and forever static.
You need to consider the way you state the problem to find the answer that best suits you.
Do you really "want to build a static HTML page"?

Do you "want to hide complex URLs and variables from my users?"
