Cron not working?

Hello peeps.

I'm trying to run the following cronjob in CPanel:

 /usr/bin/php -C /home/goathost/public_html/stats/cron.php?dom=goathost.com

Now, one small problem, it doesn't work.
It gives the following output:

Status: 404
Content-type: text/html
X-Powered-By: PHP/4.3.3

No input file specified.

Is there anyone that can fix this problem?

There is no such switch as -C; it should be lower case. And you can't pass urlencoded arguments like that, as the result from the point of view of Unix/Linux is a nonsense filename.

If your script is written to receive variables as a GET, like a Web page, put it on a Web server and invoke it with wget or lynx -dump.

If you write code in PHP intended to be directly run from cron, use argv[] as you would in a C program. See the manual:
