delete code snippet dosen't work and </body></html> appended to code snippets

when i try to delete a code snippet it gives me an error:

Fatal error:  Call to undefined function:  db_query() in /www/lc/phpbuild/www/snippet/delete.php on line 28

and all code snippets give have </body></html> appended to the end of them, why is this done, is there any way to stop it, it messes up my script that sends an image

This is your first post.....how do you know? Also, you can look at the last couple of threads here to see the </body></html> thing is already a known problem...
