inserting multiple rows into a database

I've got a listbox that allows called RequiredJobs[]

im now having problems getting this information in to my database. it is only inserting the last value in the array.

How do i make sure that all the values are entered.

Im using dreamweaver MX

loop through requiredjobs, and run an insert for each one. If that is not working, you will need to post the code that you are using.
