Append URL.

How can I append something to the current URL? I want to change the URL, when the visitor clicks a link, from:

http://www.ebnelson.com/index.php?tab=tab2

to:

http://www.ebnelson.com/index.php?tab=tab2&langContent=english

See my other post in this forum. Basically, use the concatenation operator? 😉
