[Resolved] Recommend dynamic page to friend

I am looking for a PHP script to recommend my page to a friend. I can find lots for static pages, but I want to be able to send the dynamically generated address in the email.

All I need is:
Tell a friend about this event: Enter address here
Click here to tell your friend.

The address sent is http://www.mydomain.com/eventinfo.php?event_id=2

The logging of email addy's is optional.
