GD Memory issues!!

Our fresh powerful dedicated server has a major problem with the usage of GD.

Only one site is hosted and has next to no traffic. The problem is that I bumped the ini_set memory to 32mb for the GD code page.

Is there any code to clear memory after using GD?!

CPU State is 50% and load is 12.4, 10.3 & 8.0

From the man for ini_set,
The configuration option will keep this new value during the script's execution, and will be restored at the script's ending.

So, it looks like there's something else hogging your resources, but you could try using ini_restore at the end of the script if you're skeptical.

Thansk yeah I will try that. I am also trying imagedestroy() for the gd functions inorder to free up memory. 🙂
