Once in a while we've been getting Win98 users on our site who can't post to certain (not all) forms. There's nothing special about the forms. No javascript. No file uploads or anything like that.
I built a little test script to examine $POST. When our troubled user submits, $POST is empty. Submitting the same form on my computer, $_POST has the expected info.
We tried all the internet settings, rebooted, etc.
We even tried a different browser (mozilla, i think).
No luck.
Another weird thing is that it's not all of them, just some of them. The only clue I have (which might be a red-herring) is that some of our forms are in pop-up windows. I haven't been able to confirm with our users that the pop-up forms don't work and the non-pop-up forms do, but that might be the issue. It still baffles me why it should be like that, though.
Anyone come across this before?
