I need to build a site in four different languages. I thoutht the best thing to do was use a CMS system storing the languages variations in different tables. But, I actually don't know where to start. I have a functioning CMS, but how do I get it to work and display content in other languages? Where is a good starting point to find out how to work in Chinese, Japanese, or any other language for that matter?
