I'm trying to figure out why customers are leaving my site without finishing their order. I want to know if my prices are too high, the shipping is too high, etc. On average, I have around 100 people a day go to my site, add something in their shopping cart, and around 80 of those people leave after adding something to their shopping cart.
What I want to do is if a user closes the shopping cart window, I want a pop up to come up asking them why they are not purchasing. All I need to know is how exactly do I get a window to come up ONLY if they close out the window, not click another link to go somwhere else on the site.
