Ok, ok, so you can't download the Internet. The Internet isn't even a physical thing, just a bunch of computers connected together. They should have said 'Download the Web!' but oh well, Internet will trick enough people. I thought that was funny. A few people will still think this is true...lol.

a floppy holds 1.44 megs

1000 megs ~ 660 floppies
1 terabyte ~ 660,000 floppies
500,000 terabytes ~ 330,000,000,000 floppies

good job we use cdr's and dvd-r's now, i guess

Actually 1000Mb can be sad to be wrong its actually 1024Mb to a gig and 1024Gb to a TB

But of course both are right it just depends on who is telling you

I used to use tek (my initials backwards) as a screen name back in the days of AOL being the ONLY ISP I could get.... and my girlfriend turned that into tekky... and its stuck... forever now :p

I can't be arsed pointing out that a 1.44MB floppy doesn't have a 1.44MB capacity.... blah... last time I used a floppy was ... um ... 2002.

last i used one was 2001.. when i still had a floppy drive. then it died, and it's not been a large priority to get a new one :p

I use a thumb drive for everything and have gotten everyone in my family to convert as well.
