Suggestions of an Advanced PHP book

Preferable with mySQL.

I have 5 beginning PHP books and really need to move up to the next level. I have:

• PHP and MySQL Web Development (SAMS) by Welling and Thomson

• Programming PHP (O'Reilly) by Lerdorf & Tatroe

• Web Database Applications with PHP and MySQL (O'Reily) by Williams & Lane

• PHP by Example (Que) by Butzon

• PHP 4: A Beginner's Guide (McGraw-Hill) by McCarty

Any suggestions for the next level? I probably user the PHP and MySQL for Web Development book the most. In fact, the binding has come loose in several places and I need a solution to keep it together. If I ever drop it, it will take me forever to get it all back in order. 🙂

I think there should be a ban on anyone from this forum plugging a book that they have written...

However, I can say that everyone should buy this book 😉
