Help Please! RE: Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by

Hello,
I am completly new to .php. A group of us run a site and at our login and logout we get warning messages like this one:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/teamsall/public_html/includes/functions.inc:616) in /home/teamsall/public_html/logout.php on line 14

Does anyone know of a fix to get rid of this or can point me in a direction to find out where to fix it. Thank you so much. Your time and help is very much appreciated! Thanks!

The reason is that html/text was written before a header(), or setcookie() (and the like) was used.

The solution would be either to re-structure the script, or use output buffering.

Thank you so much for the help. After you replied with the fix I have been staring at the pages for hours trying to find out where I placed text before a header. Again, I am very new to all of this and can't find my problem. If I attached a .txt file of the page is there any way find it? Again Thank you for your help!
