function for URL passed parameters?

hi,
is there a function that will give you the URL parameters passed to a page as a string?

say you use the GET method to pass form variables to another page. afterwards, your URL looks something like:

localhost/hys_backend/venue_list.php?VenueName=a&Address=&Address2=&City=&State=A&Zip=&Country=A&Phone=&Fax=&Email=&URL=&Submit=Submit

i need to continue passing all these URL parameters back to the page again and i'm not sure how to do this.

i'm hoping there is a nice variable that will simply output the URL paramters:

"VenueName=a&Address=&Address2=&City=&State=A&Zip=&Country=A&Phone=&Fax=&Email=&URL=&Submit=Submit"

then i could simply append these parameters (plus a few more) to my links that point back to this page...

does such a variable or function exist?
