I am working on a shop
we have lots of customers. so 30-50 a day with big orders.
We have a shopping cart and a sign in page before you checkout with your credit card.
some customers complain about the cart being erased or the login to expire before the checkout is complete or that not enough items can be put in the shopping cart etc.
I am using IE6 .
I took over the PHP code from somebody else which is a mess.
A REAL MESS!
does anybody have a clue what could be the problem?
My first guess is that the php class which takes care of the sessions works sometimes and sometimes it doesnt. Please help on clues.
