PHP CGI Error on Win2K

My hosting providor seems unable to fix a DAILY recurring error on a Win2K box. It seems that PHP crashes, and I get the following error:

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

Of course I get no further details. I am assuming that they either stop/restart the PHP process, or reboot the server to clear it. It then runs fine for a day or so, and locks up again.

Sometimes it drops its connection to mySQL as well.

Any suggestions? 😕

Take a look at the bugs reporting this. Most say it's because of some old version of php running on IIS, when it's configured for Apache. They also say the fix is in the newer versions of php...
