I'm looking for information on outsourcing PHP programming work, from people who have experience in outsourcing, or putting together small teleworking PHP work groups (small is 2 to 5 people).
I have some experience with outsourcing portals like Rentacoder.com and Elance, but am looking to put together a team by making direct contact with PHP programmers, or companies who offer PHP programming services.
I'm interested in the rates that might be offered by companies or individuals in India or China, but would also like to consider USA or UK sources.
