I'm trying to automate the uploading of a google keyword report that I receive in CSV format and will ultimately reside in a mySQL table.
I'm having trouble with the fields containing commas. For instance, one field reads:
"Bad Credit, No Credit, OK"
I need the commas in this field to be escaped, and the quotation marks to be stripped.
I can run a preg_match_all and separate out the fields enclosed by "", however when there are back-to-back instances, for instance:
"New And Used Cars, Trucks, Vans","Great Prices, Financing, Quotes"
I get tripped up.
Can anyone offer how they'd handle this? I'm getting frustrated.
I've got alot of things going on in this script, and this seems like it should be the easiest to deal with. Unfortunately I can't seem to get past it.
