[Resolved] Unqiue Id

In my webpage when a person submits, the following information is stored
INSERT INTO bookingdetails (film_name,film_time,amount_tickets,cost) VALUES ('$film','$time','$tickets','$cost')
I have a unique id which automatically is included in each row. How do I know what id just occurred.
After the information is inserted I would like to know what id the row has?
Is this possible?

Why don't you look in the [man]mysql[/man] functions area of the php manual, I'm sure it won't take you long to find.
Alternatively you could look at www.mysql.com and type "insert" in the search box.

[man]mysql_insert_id[/man] is the function you need.
