Hello, this is my current web project.

An addition has been made to this ERD, Recursion is used in the Category table (Artwork Subject), so that Sub Categorys can be implemented.
My problem is this:
A user will submit Artwork to my Email.
The website Admin will then Submit the image details to the DB, so that they show in the gallerys. (via an admin upload page)
Now, the Artwork Table has two foreign keys "User_ID" and "Medium_ID" so how can i set these on the submit click?
Also how can i categorise the image on the submission?
I guess i would need to take in the category details on submission?
Im a bit confused as to how all this can now be made to work using SQL queries.
Could anyone attempt to explain.
