Simple Question

I have been getting a load of people using my websites contact us form to send insults. They all have dynamic IP's the i cant just block there IP. They arnt two smart which means they dont understand cookies. Is there any script already out there which will enable me to install a cookie on there machine or record details about them so i can identify them even if there IP changes.

Hey,

Just set a cookie on thier computer that lasts for 60 days and give it a id number, then whenever somebody sends you an email have thier ID number, thats been read from thier cookie at the bottom of the email or something. Then just block the id numbers that are sending you abuse. Sorry I don't have a script to do this but its fairly simple.
