Can someone help me out with setting up MySQL?

I am following a MySQL installation guide on http://www.weberdev.com/Manuals/MySQL/manual_Installing.html and I am confused by something it is telling me to do. Here is a snippet of text from the tutorial:

The following example shows how to remove the anonymous-user account that has all privileges, and then assigns a password to the root accounts:

C:> C:\mysql\bin\mysql -u root mysql
mysql> DELETE FROM user WHERE Host='localhost' AND User='';
mysql> FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
mysql> QUIT
C:> C:\mysql\bin\mysqladmin -u root password "newpwd"
C:> C:\mysql\bin\mysqladmin -u root -h host_name password "newpwd"
Replace ``newpwd'' with the actual root password that you want to use. The double quotes are not always necessary, but they are helpful if the password contains spaces or other characters that are special to your command interpreter. In the second mysqladmin command, replace host_name with the name of the server host.

I am confused by the part that says "In the second mysqladmin command, replace host_name with the name of the server host." Where do i find out the name of the server host?

if you're installing it locally then it's the name of your computer. you can use "localhost" which will work, or you can probably use your ip too. but if you're running xp, right click on "my computer" and go to click on properties, then go to "computer name" and it will tell you what your computer is called. but prob easiest to use localhost.
