Does anyone know of an already made solution for this?

I want to add the ablility to my site for users to be able to register, login securely and then be able to either post items that they would like to sell or items that they are looking to buy. I am very new to PHP and Mysql, I thought I would be able to write something myself pretty easily to do this, the more I research things, I see how cumbersome of a project it will be.

Does anyone know of a script that already does this?

If not as one script, then they'll certainly have them as separate elements which you'll need to get working together.

Do you guys know of any other good classified-ad type of scripts that you would recommend? I am finding so many and its hard to find out which are the good ones.
