[Resolved] Mail Function

hi, im using the mail() function to send mail on my site, but i cant seem to change the "sent from" attribute. It simply says its sent from the server. I have the welling and thomson php and mysql book, and in there they state that the function can specify the sent attribute. Any help??

You can, but it won't fool most people...

From the manual ([man]mail[/man])

$headers .= "From: Birthday Reminder <[e-mail]>\r\n";

mail($to, $subject, $message, $headers);
