Converter for PHP?

I was wondering if there was a program that would convert three languages I am interested in to PHP. The ones that I am interested in are Perl, CGI, and Asp/Asp.Net. The main reason for this, is that there are some scripts I would like to be able to convert over to PHP that are in those languages I mentioned. Thanks for any help.

This won't be done efficiently or completely by any computer program... the best way to do it is by hand, by a person.

And... is the CGI in C, Perl, C++ or...?

Perl / C code to PHP is actually really easy, all three languages are astonishingly similar.
