send data to a script in another frame

I want to do sort of a chat script, and want to have a "form frame" to send data to a "display frame".
I know it's not related to php, but can someone help?

thanks, but this is not what I really need. i need the input box to stay there forever. like you have it in mirc or other irc clients. i hope you understand...
