Migrating MySQL database 'files' ... how?

My old Linux box with old MySQL server had a problem... i can't login to my old linux system..and therefore i'm unable to do mysql_dump all my databases..... and maybe just dump it to a new mysql server on another computer. How can I move all my .FRM, .FYi, etc... to another server... is there any work around on this problem?

If you have access to the filesystem, you maybe be able to just copy and paste the files in the MySQL database folder to the new computer. Sometimes permissions cause issues.
