I have a problem with a data i have.
I have 3 different tables i merge them in a one table and i receive this.

So, i need to put all the data in a table, but i have to unify the info in this way.

Well, i have almost 3 days with this and nothing work...
If anyone have a direction, i gonna really apreciate.
