Stored procedure MSAccess

I'm trying to figure out how to work with stored procedure in MSAccess and how to access them from my PHP-code. Really what I'd like to do in my MSAccess database is to update some attributes when another attribute is being changed. I'm not sure what features MSAccess has or what PHP supports regarding this matter.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
