I am very very new to PHP. I made a feedback form and was able to make it work no problem on my personal host. When I posted the same code to my company server, it will not work.
I talked to the administrator and he tells me PHP is installed... or a PHP interpreter he says. When the form is filled out it gives a whole host of errors and I get a blank e-mail. In thoery, and by practice, it should send me an e-mail and the user confirming their comment.
The form works like a charm at www.shalista.com/contact.php
But doesn't work at www.sdhda.org/contact.php
The code appears to be exactly the same for both pages with exception of the e-mail addresses etc.
The errors I get on the 2nd page are:

When I asked the server administrator if there is something wrong on his end he blames on mylack of knowledge. I will take the blame, but it works just fine on my personal site. I can't figure out what the difference is.
