Sending form variable from PHP via POST to another server

Hi everyone.
I need some help with sendig Form data via POST method to another server.

What's the best way to do that?

I have a website in PHP where a user fills in a form for e-mail address, username etc.

I need that form to be "submitted" to three different websites, one of them being in .ASP.

can some one please help?
