Looking for a PHP Language translator

I'm new in here and new to PHP, I'm looking for a Translate to English PHP script.

From German, French, Spanish, etc. to English.

I need it for my admin panel, so I can approve text that users will be typing into text fields?

If you're looking for an free/open-source general translation system to translate random input for users ... AFAIK it doesn't exist.

If this is a commercial project you could start with Systran. They do license their technology.
