configuration setting

hello,
I would like to configure the my.ini file, to use the binary log file for update operations every time after I have started the server.
I want to do this without to launch the server with the command line option --log-bin every time.
it's about a local database, so I'm using to start and shutdown it every day

Add the following to my.cnf

log-bin
