I get the following error everytime I start my PC.

Everytime I start my computer I get the following error and I don't know where to start to fix it.

Also over the last week I noticed the time and date do not change or stay accurate, I have to manually change them to the current status and if I keep the computer on all day it's fine, but when I shut it down I have to go through the same process.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

W2000 pro.
Asus A7V MB
AMD 2.0 cpu
512 Ram

Not to be an alarmist, but there should be no reason your computer should be trying to import spp.reg. That is not a standard backup file for the registry. If possible, try doing a full virus scan on your computer.
