I have this line of code in my script which, when clicked on from an email response, opens a new mail with the customers address and the subject line completed.

$Message .= "Click mailto:$EmailAddress?subject=Customer%20Call%20Centre to email the Customer.\n";

Is there any way of adding body text to the mail also, so that it would work like a template email response.

What I was hoping to do have is a clickable link from my email with something like:
$Message .= "Click mailto:$EmailAddress?subject=Customer%20Call%20Centre&$msg=Sorry%20we%20are%20stupid
so that the subject and body text open in a new mail when clicked on.
Is this possible?

Last I'd heard (been a while...), even the method you show for the subject wasn't browser-safe (I don't know if the Gecko family of browsers has gotten around this or not, and I've not tested).

Why not use your PHP skills to create a web form that does the whole shebang for you?

Otherwise, it might be possible with Javascript, as it's client side, but I'm not the one to ask about that, for sure....

And of course, the real reason is for security/privacy in re: email addresses. Wee don' need no steenking spambots...

That works great on Outlook Express, which is what I required.
Next question is ....how do you put a return into the line (I tried \n) but it didn't work.

Well, considering it's Lookout Excess we're talking about, did you try "\r\n" ?
