php tcp-socket-server as service on IIS5

Does anybody know sites or code to realize a php socket_server as
"add on" Service in webserver IIS 6. There is tons of code to realize
a TCP-Socketserver like #!/inetpub/php -q while(true) listen ....
but this standalone solution doesn't make sense at a 2 peer
COM-server with servicing WEB-Server php script processing.
The best way I would like to favorite is a script which
support a COM-Server request over the socket and then
exits.
Help would be very nice ... and many ThanX in advance.

why not just have a script run in the browser window?

you can use [man]ignore_user_abort[/man] to keep the script running after the browser is closed, and use [man]set_time_limit/man to stop the script from timing out.

hello,
many Thanks for that hint ... I try to realize a
signal_quit solution for the socket_listener at the web
server, this signal should be sent by the web-browser on a
client workstation. I hope I haven't many problems with
authorization etc... If you find any code examples of this
please let me know.
