i am working on a group organizer for about two years now, mostly coding alone. its is, of course, based on php and mysql. if anyone is interested in using and helping to develop the system further, i would be very happy.
the system has about 60 users (friends of mine) so far.
the following features already exist:
-adressbook (companies, private contacts, employees; categorizing addresses, outlook export; personal address list; group address pool; automatic notfications for birthdays)
-calender (date, week, month; sharing calenders, calender subscriptions; repeating dates)
-messages (internal, send email, send sms, write pdf letter with templates, write serial letters with individual salutation and greeting according to user and language; mutlitple pop3/imap accounts; automatic categorizing and db-based storing of emails )
-booksmarks, personal (public) photoalbum, tasks (with automatic notifications), userbased themes, correspondence list based on users, groups or companies
access control level is group based, every user can create user groups and give access of his/her documents to other users, currently english and german are supported, other languages should be no problem
