Hello, This is my current web project that im working on

My problem is as follows:
on the "Upload Page" you will notice that you have to be registered before you can upload an image.
When you are registered, a form is included that was intended to upload the image to a folder on the server, with the details submitted to the DB.
I also had script that allowed me to create the thumbnails once the image was uploaded to the server.
However i have been informed that my host will not allow PHP uploads for security reasons.
I have decided that it will be sufficient to simply email the image & its details to the website email address.
Could anyone give any examples of script to email images?
or reccomend any alternatives?
