Need a Knowledge Base

I am looking for a Knowledge Base for my personal use. I use a PC program called InfoSelect to store all of my notes, code snipets and other information.

But it is only on my personal computer. I want something I can access from the web so I can get to my info when I am not at my computer.

Can anyone recomend one? (PHP based of course.)

Ive never actually used any however you could probably make one. If your not wanting to make one there are lots over at HotScripts
