I was wondering if anyone out there could tell me the best way to run the PHP binary file, in terms of UIDs. I have read this:

security page, but there is no mention of User IDs in linux. My main concern is root is the only person with priveleges to run the php-parser. Is this the right way to have it set up? TIA.
